Mat pilates

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises. In Mat Pilates, take it back to where it began with flowing exercises completed on a mat, using your body weight as resistance. Since the exercises can build in difficulty or be modified to be easier, Mat Pilates is suitable for beginners and advanced participants.

Bodyworx/Bootcamp

BodyWorx is a HIIT (high-intensity-interval training) or BootCamp style training that is a burst of intense activities that include functional training, whole body movement and multijoint exercises to improve your body in everyday tasks.

Conveniently located

We’re located just opposite Westfields Parramatta shopping centre with plenty of onsite parking. If that ever fills up, the Westfield’s carpark is free and across the road. There is also plenty of street parking and a huge council carpark just at the rear of the gym.
Find it easier to walk? we’re only a short (1 minute) walk from the Parramatta Train station, making us the most accessible gym in all of Parramatta
