Reformer & Mat Pilates
Join our popular pilates classes from beginner reformers to dynamic reformers and mat pilates. These classes are designed to suit all levels and abilities, with experienced instructors.

Spin
Get them endorphins flowing with a super sweaty spin class at Strive! With cutting-edge Smart Watt bikes and experienced instructors, these classes are not only a great way to keep active but are designed to make exercise fun.
HIIT
We offer a range of HIIT classes including BodyWorx, Strive45, Barbell Pump and more! These sessions are all about breaking out a sweat, having fun and cheering one another on. Designed to help you achieve much more than you would on your own!
Yoga
Relax and enjoy movement with guided yoga sessions. This class focuses on alignment of the whole body while holding poses that support the spine and bring about the awareness of breath with movement. Build your strength, mobility and endurance all while creating a feeling of calmness and balance.
Boxing
All classes will include a variety of partnered up training, shadow boxing, and footwork. You will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises. Each class will be designed to teach professional boxing and self-defence skills.
