Welcome to Strive Fitness, we’re here to support you through every stage of your fitness journey! We value the importance of all types of training and recovery. So whether you’re into a 6am pilates and cold plunge, or a 8pm weight training session and sauna – we have something for every type of gym goer.

We have taken over the Old squash courts in Roselands, an iconic premises that has served the community for over 30 years! Ofcourse its sad to see them go, we hope to reimagine the building and bring something special that the roselands community deserves. We will be located at 78-80 Bonds Road, Roselads
