Is the gym 24/7?
Yes, all Strive Fitness gyms have 24/7 access for members, non-members can access during staffed hours.
Is parking available?
Yes, we there is on street parking outside the gym, and in the Southgate shopping centre.
What's included in the memberships?

Do you accept fitness passport?
Yes, we accept Fitness Passport holders, simply provide your Fitness Passport ID to sign up.
Do you offer casual visits?
Yes, we have casual visits available.
Gym Only = $20 / Per Visit
Gym & Recovery = $35 / Per Visit
Visit reception to purchase your pass.
What's the minimum age?
The minimum age for entry is 13 years old, however, a parent must be present at all times. To train without an appropriate adult you must be over the age of 16 years old.
Does the gym have a creche?
Our Merrylands gym does not have a creche facility.
Do you offer group classes?
Yes, we have a whole range of classes including HIIT and Boxing.
Are All Classes Included in Memberships?
All our memberships included unlimited group classes, however, these are currently only accessible via our other clubs.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes, we have free trials available for new visitors wanting to try out our facilities.
What Is Included In Recovery?
Our recovery zone has a hot plunge, ice bath and new steam sauna available with 24/7 access for our members.
These facilities do not require pre-booking.

So whether you’re into a 6am pilates and cold plunge, or a 8pm weight training session and sauna – we have something for every type of gym goer.
Visit Us
We are located inside the Stocklands Shopping centre in Merrylands, entry will be from the street at Shop 1099/1 McFarlane St. Access is conveniently located accross the road from the Merrylands train station and opposite the new dining precinct at Mason and Main.
