Is the gym 24/7?
Yes, all Strive Fitness clubs run 24/7. Staffed hours will be announced closer to opening.
Is parking available?
Yes, we there is on street parking outside the gym, and in the Southgate shopping centre.
What's included in the memberships?

Do you accept fitness passport?
Yes, we accept Fitness Passport holders, simply provide your Fitness Passport ID to sign up.
Do you offer casual visits?
Yes, we have casual visits available.
Gym Only = $20 / Per Visit
Gym & Recovery = $35 / Per Visit
What's the minimum age?
The minimum age for entry is 13 years old, however, a parent must be present at all times. To train without an appropriate adult you must be over the age of 16 years old.
Does the gym have a creche?
Merrylands club currently does not have a creche available.
Do you offer group classes?
Yes, we have a whole range of classes including HIIT and Boxing.
Are All Classes Included in Memberships?
Unlimited classes are included in every membership.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes, we offer free day pass’ for new visitors to try out our facilities.
What Is Included In Recovery?
The recovery zone has a hot spa (40 degrees), cold bath (5 degrees) and steam sauna (up to 95 degrees) – included in all memberships (additional fee for Fitness Passport holders).
The recovery space is walk-in, no pre booking required.

Visit Us
We are located inside the Stocklands Shopping centre in Merrylands, entry will be from the street at Shop 1099/1 McFarlane St. Access is conveniently located accross the road from the Merrylands train station and opposite the new dining precinct at Mason and Main.
